1. None of these paper dolls is for sale. Please don't ask.
2. Regarding the Ray Earth pds: I am not in contact with the person who gave these to me. I can't help you there. Sorry.
3. If you are looking for any paper dolls, including the Ginghams, please try Ebay or the Paper Doll Bulletin Board. I don't have any information beyond that.
