Trixie Belden ceased publication* in 1986 after nearly forty years. You can obtain these books from auction sites such as Ebay AuctionWeb . You can also try on-line used bookstores as well as those in your own neighborhood. And there's always The Trading Post right here at the TBH.
*NOTE: Beginning in 2003, Random House has now reprinted the first fifteen books of the Trixie Belden Series.

Fan Fiction can be found at http://barbln.org/trixie/fanfic.htm. Fan Fiction is loosely rated at the Trixie Belden Homepage. Why rate fan fiction? The Trixie Belden series is juvenile fiction and so visitors to this webpage are often under the age of 18. This site tries to be family-friendly in the spirit of the Bob-Whites. The ratings can help steer some fans away from what they'd prefer not to read or help them discover new stories that will appeal to them.
When will a story in progress be finished?
You want to know when a certain story will be updated, will it be finished, etc. The answer is: I don't know. That is why there is a warning for all Stories in Progress. Completion dates are unknown. In fact, some stories may never be completed. I have no control over this. I haven't got the time nor the inclination to hound writers nor track down missing ones. Please try and understand. On the other hand, I do hope most writers are sure of where a story is going before they submit it. I prefer completed submissions, but I will continue to accept stories in progress.
How can I post my own fan fiction?
First, see the guidelines. You may host stories on your own website and I will provide a link or I can host the stories for you. Again, check the guidelines. There's some flexibility regarding story size, but there won't be exceptions regarding language even if you host the stories yourself. Remember, the Trixie Belden Homepage does not password protect stories--all stories are available to the visitors. If you have an adults only story, there are other websites happy to help you out.
Julie Campbell Tatham is the creator of the Trixie Belden series and author of the first six books. You can read a brief biography of her at the Cherry Ames Page.
The "Trixie paper" also contains a great deal of information about her.
Book #40, The Mystery at Mansion House, is a self-published fan piece written by Melanie Knight. It is not a part of the official series and is no longer being printed (due to copyright issues). Do not e-mail asking for a copy.
Schoolgirl Shamuses, Incorporated is a non-fiction book covering four girls' series: Trixie Belden, Ginny Gordon, Meg Duncan, and Robin Kane. It was written by Melanie Knight and can be purchased exclusively from:
SynSine Press
Box 6422
Rheem Valley,CA. 94570
(925)376-1573 voice/fax
website: http://www.synsine.com/ (read an excerpt!)
The book is spiral bound with laminated covers. Its main focus is on Trixie Belden. The information on Trixie includes many of the changes made from edition to edition, examples of Trixie paraphernalia, author information, and much more. Melanie Knight is clearly a fan of Trixie Belden (she authored the unofficial #40).
The "Trixie paper" can be found at James Keeline's webpage. It is called Trixie Belden: Schoolgirl Shamus. It is filled with information on the series including maps. You must download (or already have) the Adobe Acrobat Reader (it's free) in order to view the paper.
The paper includes a map of Sleepyside and a lot of information on Julie Campbell Tatham.
Is there a chat room? Where can I find it?
The Clubhouse forum has an integrated chat which is located at the bottom of the main page. Note: Unregistered users will be logged in as "Guest".
Where can I find more information on book editions?
Carmen Furtado's website Trixie Belden FAQbook Homepage is a good place to go for detailed information on the various published editions.

Why has somebody else edited my post?
Most likely a post was edited to correct code. To practice using code, visit the Practice/Test Forum.
A post may also have been edited to delete offensive material. In extreme cases, a post may be completely removed. Be sure to adhere to the rules when using the forums.
What are the rules of etiquette for the forums?
First, try to imagine how the Bob-Whites would treat each other.
Be nice.
Opinions are not discouraged, but don't denigrate someone else's opinion when stating your own. No name-calling. If you have a genuine problem with another poster, please private message or e-mail that poster, the moderator, or the administrator of the forums.
Make sure you're posting your message to the correct forum. Opinions on characters and books should be posted at Bob-Whites on a Spit, which is the debate board. Praise for fan fiction belongs on the Social Board. Off-topic remarks should be placed in The Kitchen.
Finally, read this.
